Fluency and behavior chart should return to school each Friday signed.
The students are working hard and progressing every day. We are proud of them each and every day!

We have been busy preparing for the holidays. Today we wrote a letter to Santa persuading him that we should take Rudolph's place. The students did a great job.

Reminder that our Christmas party will be on December 17th and the program will be on December 19th at 9:30 and 12:30. We hope you can attend one of the shows.  We hope you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Wow, what a week it has been! On Tuesday, a magician named Rick Smith Jr. came to do a show for our kids for helping the school during the fundraiser. Some of our students were selected to help in the show!

On Wednesday we had a very unusual day! We had no power! The kids were great sports and we continued to learn:) We did our Daily 5 stations outside and also had math outside. Here are a few pictures from our odd day:)

Ms. Rhonda had to write down everyone's cafeteria account number because they could not use the computers. We appreciate our cafeteria ladies!

The 2nd grade just completed Noun Town! We made people, places, things and animals that would be seen in a town. They are so proud of Noun Town! Be sure to check it out if you are in the school:)

Just a reminder that spelling brochures are due on Friday.
Also, encourage your child to take AR tests. The end of the nine weeks is September 28th. They have until then to achieve their first nine week goal. Have a wonderful week!

Thanks to all the parents!  You're doing a great job reading the fluency passages nightly, signing behavior charts and Tuesday Folders. Everyone had their spelling brochure brought back also. Let's keep up the good work!
